How to place an order
Orders can be placed through our website. Once you have placed an order with us, we will email you within the next four working days with an order confirmation and additional information relating to your order. Some objects of our collection, such as Tull, Elma, Elmetta and Agata have a 4 weeks shipping time, so please allow more time for those.
In the unlikely event that there is a pricing mistake or the goods are no longer available, we will advise you of this.
We offer secure online ordering through PayPal and we accept major credit cards. You don't need to have a Paypal account to buy at our shop. No credit card fees are charged by us. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than the one approved by you.
Shipping and delivery
where — We ship all our products to the following countries. If your country is not on the list, please contact us at info [at] incipitlab.com to place an order.
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom.
how much — The shipping charge depends on your delivery country and your purchase amount.
when — If your items are in stock your order is normally shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days form receiving your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number. You will be notified if there is a delay in the delivery due to stocking issues. Please remember that certain items (Tull, Tie Lamp and everywhere it is stated on the product page) are shipped within 4 weeks from the order confirmation.
how long — We use UPS as carrier for all our ecommerce shipments. Once the pickup from our warehouse is booked, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Deliveries in Italy usually take around 2 days, for EU deliveries please consider at least 3 working days.
You are able to cancel your contract with us at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so by email at info [at] incipitlab.com and write us: your name & surname, contact, details of the item you want to return, reasons for returning the item and state if you wish to have a refund or an exchange.
Any products returned should be unused and in their original packaging, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Delivery charges and surcharges apply.
We work hard to ensure your goods arrive in a perfect condition. However, if you should find any problem with your order please contact us at info [at] incipitlab.com. We try to display our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, as different computers display different colours, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs shown.
VAT, customs and import duties
If your delivery country charges customs or import duties - these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. This also applies to the purchase of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and import charges and we cannot inform you how much they will be before you order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
