Ilaria Innocenti

Born in 1983 in Emilia Romagna, she now lives in Milan where she graduated with honors at the IED Institute in 2005. Together with other young colleagues, she brings to life Studiomorinn, a creative group that hosts various professional figures like photographers, graphic designers and architects.
In 2010 she participates at Milan's Fuorisalone with a collection of hand-made rugs created using a traditional technique from Sardinia. From this moment, she begins her research for finding a decorative language that combines freehand drawing, textures, and suggestions.
In 2012 she creates ilaria.i, a household products brand characterized by graphical elements in a contemporary way. She collaborates with Italian and international companies. In 2012 she was a guest of the famous Atelier Mint during the London Design Festival and mentioned in Elle Décor January 2013, as part of the "new generation to discover and follow."
Ilaria got in contact and started her relation with Incipit through the involvement of a friend of her who was selecting young designers for a new reality coming through. His design approach is based on detailed functional and statistical researches. She analyzes all the images, pictures and texts where she gets inspiration from.
